Welcome....towards better health!
What a flurry of a weekend… exhausting doesn’t quite do it justice. This weekend I had to spend hours at the community pool, with all the health addicts and body builders here, to question them, discover their habits, and learn what it is that they do different than the rest of us in the "real" world. Well, it sure was insightful, and I sure met some nice people that were very willing and quite happy to share their good news. So, I thought this would be a great place to begin this blog. As the title of the blog infers, it's about regaining health. Of course, this begins with the premise that you have lost some health, and that may, or may not be the case. One thing is for certain though, that aging itself makes for changes that everyone, or at least most of us, would rather move to the back burner of life. It takes lots and lots of good energy to keep up with the changes we encounter in this fast paced life, so I toast you....to your good health and well being.
